This Simple Stir Fry Karela Recipe, also called Bitter Gourd Fry, Everyone will enjoy it without any bitterness. Crispy Kurkure Karele Fry will be popular among children.
Ingredients To Make The Recipe :
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 TspCumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Mango Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 2/3 Tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil to Fry
- 1 Spoon Lemon Juice
- Salt as required
Process:-
- Add a spoonful of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of salt to the bitter gourds. Mix well & leave for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, Give it five minutes to dry.
- In a mixing bowl, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder, garam masala, cumin powder, corn flour, oil for frying, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or kadhai over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated bitter gourd slices to the hot oil. *Do not overcrowd the pan*
- Fry the bitter gourd slices until they're crispy and golden brown, tossing frequently to ensure equal cooking.
- Once done, remove the crispy bitter gourd slices from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the crispy bitter gourd fry hot as a snack or side dish with rice and dal or any main course of your choice.
