Egg Keema, or "Egg Kheema," is a flavorful and satisfying dish that's popular in Indian cuisine. Egg Kemma also known as "Anda Keema" is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with boiled eggs.

Ingredients for Egg Keema :

  • 6 Boiled and Grated Eggs
  • 2 Large Chopped Onions
  • 2 Medium Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2/3 Chopped Green Chilly
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2-3 tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 1 spoon of Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 tsp Oil
  • Water as Require

Process:-

  • Boiled six eggs, and grated them. 
  • Finely chopped green chilies, tomatoes, and onions 
  • Heat the oil in a kadhai. Let the cumin seeds sputter. Add the chopped onions and cook until they start to turn golden brown. 
  • Add turmeric powder and Kashmiri lal mirchi powder and Cook for 1 min.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. 
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the kadhai and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until soft and mushy.
  •  Add coriander powder, Jeera powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Gently add the boiled grated eggs to the gravy. Mix gently.
  •  Put a little bit of water. Cook for 5 mins.
  • Add salt as per taste. Garnish the egg keema with freshly chopped Coriander leaves and Lemon.
  • Serve hot with rice, roti (Indian flatbread), or bread.
