Egg Keema, or "Egg Kheema," is a flavorful and satisfying dish that's popular in Indian cuisine. Egg Kemma also known as "Anda Keema" is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with boiled eggs.

Ingredients for Egg Keema :
6 Boiled and Grated Eggs
2 Large Chopped Onions
2 Medium Chopped Tomatoes
2/3 Chopped Green Chilly
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Salt to Taste
1.5 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Garam Masala
2-3 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1 spoon of Lemon Juice
2-3 tsp Oil
Water as Require
Process:-
Boiled six eggs, and grated them.
Finely chopped green chilies, tomatoes, and onions
Heat the oil in a kadhai. Let the cumin seeds sputter. Add the chopped onions and cook until they start to turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder and Kashmiri lal mirchi powder and Cook for 1 min.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
Add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the kadhai and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until soft and mushy.
Add coriander powder, Jeera powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Gently add the boiled grated eggs to the gravy. Mix gently.
Put a little bit of water. Cook for 5 mins.
Add salt as per taste. Garnish the egg keema with freshly chopped Coriander leaves and Lemon.
Serve hot with rice, roti (Indian flatbread), or bread.
