Prawn Curry or Masala Recipe - How to Make Simple and Tasty Prawn Curry-Prawn Curry recipe

 Ingredients:

  • Wash 250 gm Prawn thoroughly.
  • Combine /Add 1 tablespoon turmeric and 1 tablespoon salt. 
  • Heat the Pan, then add 3 tbs Mustard Oil
  • Normally, I use potatoes. If you don't like it, simply skip it.
  • Fry for a little golden brown, then remove from pan.
  • Again, in the same pan, add a bit extra oil for the prawn fry.
  • Fry till golden brown and then remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 small cinnamon, 1 dry leaf, 1 black cardamom, 2 cloves, and 1 tbs Jeera.
  • Add 1 large or 2 small onions in finely chopped and Fry it until golden Brown. 
  • Add 1 Large tbsp ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 min
  • Add 1 small tbsp turmeric and 1 small tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder, fry for 30 seconds, 
  • then add 1 tbsp coriander powder and 1 tbsp jeera powder.
  • Fry for 30 seconds, then add 2 tiny/1 big tomato puree (you may use small pieces of tomato).
  • Cook some time
  •  First, cook for 7 minutes, adding water as needed. Then cook for another 7 minutes after adding the fried potatoes. Remember to add salt to taste.
  • Mixed it well 
  • Cook a little while, then add the fried prawns and combine again.
  • Add Garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, then allow it for two minutes.
  • Serve hot with roti and rice
