A tasty and nutritious jaggery-grated coconut dosa recipe, nicely garnished with coconut and jaggery mix! @Thecookrecipe
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup grated coconut(adjust according to taste)
- 1/2 cup grated jaggery (adjust according to taste)
- Ghee or oil for cooking

Process:-
- In creating dosas, it is normal to mix water with the batter.
- Adjust the salt to taste & mix well.
- Add 1/2 tsp black pepper & mix well.
- Heat the pan. Put grated jaggery in the pan. Add 2 spoon oil.
- Mix in a little water to melt the grated jaggery.
- After melting, add the grated coconut and mix well.
- Cook for 5 mins on low flame
- Heat a non-stick or cast-iron dosa pan over medium heat.
- After adding one serving spoonful of batter, Sprinkle grated coconut and jaggery mix on top of the dosa for decoration. (Adjust how much garnish you like.)
- While flipping over, cook the dosa for another minute on the other side.
- Drizzle a little ghee or oil around the edges of the dosa.
- Serve the jaggery-grated coconut dosa hot with your favorite chutney or a dollop of ghee.
