Super Tasty Juicy Chicken Fry | चिकन फ्राई बनाने का आसान तरीका | Quick & Tasty Chicken Fry | Chicken Fry Recipe | Resturant Style Chicken Fry |

Ingredients for Instant Chicken Fry:

  • Chicken curry cut pieces - 500 gms
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Garam masala ( small cinnamon, 2 green cardamom, and 2 cloves )
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Chicken Marination (1 to 2 hours):

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 medium Onions Sliced
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tbs Chicken Masala
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Process:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, turmeric, Kashmiri Lal mirchi powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper, kasuri methi, lemon, curd, onion slice, coriander leaves, and oil. Mix all. 
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add Chicken masala (optional) and Green chillies. And marinate the chicken for 1 to 2 hours.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and add all of the garam masalas.
  • Add the chicken pieces that have been marinated and mix well. 
  • Cook for 15 minutes over a low-medium heat. cover the lid.
  • When the chicken is cooked and browned, remove the cover, turn the pieces once more, and simmer on low heat.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade fried chicken!
