Here's a basic Butter Garlic Prawn recipe you can try:
Ingredients:- 250g Medium Size Prawns
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder,
- 1 Tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirchi Powder
- 2 Spoons Finely Chopped Garlic
- 2 Cubes Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
Process:
- Wash 250 gm Prawn thoroughly. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri lal mirchi powder, and salt. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat the Pan, then add cooking Oil. Put the prawns into the pan/Kadhai.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
- In the same pan add the butter and toss until melted and combined with the garlic.
- Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, then add fried prawns. Mix all properly.
- After 3-4 mins fry, sprinkle them with chopped fresh coriander leaves if desired. Remove from heat.
